• The fire's smoke creates natural patterns and a deep woodsy hue on the ocarina's surface. The ocarina is then coated with a lacquer derived from specific trees. Camphor oil is used to dilute the lacquer. There have been a few reports of allergic reactions to the Straw Fired ocarinas. If you suspect you are allergic to lacquer or camphor oil, please select a different ocarina.
• This is Focalink's standard double ocarina, tuned to Alto C. It consists of two distinct chambers, offering the player 17 chromatic notes from A to high C. Some chords can also be achieved by playing both chambers together.
• Every instrument is carefully tuned for clarity and pitch, and we employ a special straw firing technique that produces captivating, earthy colors throughout. A lacquer is also used to enhance the richness of the hues. Due to the handmade nature of this process, no two ocarinas will have identical appearances.
• Includes a fingering chart, a padded ocarina bag in a triangular shape, a polishing cloth, and a metal channel cleaner.
